In near very good condition bound in attractive half green calf over marbled boards, tooled and titled in gilt over red ground to spine. Marbled endpapers very fresh. The bookplate of the author’s daughter ‘Eunice G Murray’ to rear pastedown. Text block contains a 16pp. address given at the unveiling of a memorial window in the Bute Hall of the University of Glasgow on 4th May 1914 plus 10pp. blank leaves. Light foxing to title page and on occasional leaves throughout. A very pleasing copy in a handsome binding which celebrates the work of Miss Janet Galloway, the Honorary Secretary of Queen Margaret College and her work for the higher education of women.
