The Pilgrim's Progress, from This World to that which is to Come: Delivered under the Similiyute of a Dream, In Three Parts

In good plus condition in contemporary brown calf which has been laid over a later tan binding with a handsome 6 panelled spine. A little scuffed to upper and lower but a very sound and square copy. A contemporary inscription to front free reads ‘Richd Crompton Jan 28th 1830’. Age toned as expected throughout with very light scattered foxing; a few leaves a little ragged along the fore edge not compromising the text; frontispiece and 21 plates in good condition; 396 pp collated and complete; p357 numbered 374 noted on collation. A very pleasing copy.
