A near fine binding, inscribed at length to a ‘Mr Grenville Greenall’ in May 1948 as a ‘souvenir of your visit to my country Argentina “Faust” jocular work representing the simple gaucho spirit’. Bookshops label of Mitchell’s Book Store to the front pastedown. Cowhide book mark with an Argentinean ribbon attached. A little spotting to the text and slight loss along the gutter to the second blank. One of 650 copies.
