[4], pp12 [lacking 13-16] pp 17-20. Imperfect pre-civil war pamphlet housed in a pretty nineteenth century binding quarter red morocco over marbled paper bound by Palmer and Howe of Manchester. Additional blank leaves bulk out the pamphlet which has a seventeenth century ownership inscription at the tail of the title page: ‘Steph: Revelle peer’. The two missing leaves are present only as neatly excised stubs.
