Fine, bound in dark green watered silk cloth with gilt titles, single sided typescript on unlined pages, with index. Valuation prepared by Hollis and Webb Chartered Auctioneers and Estate Agents, Leeds. The most valuable item of the Earl of Halifax's estate was a Titian painting "Portrait of a Young Man" which was sold at The Royal Academy in London for £150,000.
