A Restoration era play quarto from a collection compiled by the financier and book collector, Sir Isaac Lyon Goldsmid (1778-1859) and rebound by 'T Connolly' of Dublin. [8] pp71 [1], collated, no final advertisement leaf. Bound in half vellum over attractive marbled boards with black Morocco label with gilt lettering, last quarter of the 19th century, binder's ticket of 'T Connolly, 10 Up. Ormond Quay, Dublin'. In very good condition, title page soiled and rubbed, the other pages are crisp with watermarks and occasional stains. There is a contemporary annotation of the author's name to the title page.
