(25x34cm) Christmas card in the form of a folded broadside poem by Erica Jong, inscribed by the author twice and sent to Ted Hughes' sister, Olwyn Hughes. Folded three times with Jong's New York return address on the verso and Hughes' London NW 3 address on the recto of the folded card, it unfolds to reveal Jong's longish poem 'The Eggplant Epithalamium', nicely set out between marginal decorations. Not located in any institutional collection. Jong knew and has written about Ted Hughes and Sylvia Plath extensively, observing 'Ted Hughes was such a slut. He wanted to sleep with everybody. He was such a flirt. And he looked like a warlock. He looked like an animal. He was very sexy.'
