Victor Pasmore a Catalogue Raisonne of the paintings, constructions and graphics 1926 - 1979 - WITH TWO LITHOGRAPHS

Deluxe hardcover first American edition signed by British modernist Victor Pasmore to the title page, including two original, late career, limited edition signed lithographs printed in colour: The Pool of Narcissus; numbered 49/100; initialled by the artist in pencil; takes the form of a two page folding plate loosely inserted within the volume with vertical folds as published. The second lithograph takes the form of the iconic dust jacket which is protected by a robust transparent acetate cover; 244/400; initialled by the artist in pencil. This features an original abstract work in red and black, very lightly age toned to edges. A clean tear runs approx. 8cm through the acetate jacket upper stemming from the lower right corner and has not compromised the condition of the lithograph beneath.

Text block very good plus, clean and crisp throughout. Printed in Italy by Arti Grafiche, Roma with their blindstamp. 249 plates, 51 in colour and 606 catalogue illustrations.
