In very good plus condition. Softcovers very bright and unmarked. Endpapers, preliminaries and text block very fresh and crisp throughout. 400 illustrations mostly in colour. 144pp. Projects include Whitney Museum Development, New York, Kop van Zuid, Rotterdam, The Pijp, Amsterdam, Leeds Playhouse, Kowloon Park, Hong Kong, Ushiku City, Tokyo and The Royal Armouries, Leeds.

Derek Walker set up Derek Walker Associates after studying architecture and planning in the UK and USA, and in 1970 left the practice to become Chief Architect and Planner of the new city of Milton Keynes. This monograph concentrates primarily on the work he was involved with in Milton Keynes alongside an international spread of competitions and commissions in the 1980s and 1990s.
