Very large, elephant folio (72x54cm) bound volume of maps of the Bradford district. Half red roan over green cloth containing a selection of Ordnance Survey maps of the Bradford district: Volume 4. Maps are numbered and presented in the order: 8, 7, 1, 4, 3, 15, 14, 13, 16, 15, 14. Most probably produced for the brewing or inn trade, the front pastedown reveals a colour index to the public houses and off licence shops within the maps.

Areas include North Bierley West Ward, Bierley Low Moor, Drighlington, Gildersome, Norwood Green and Coley, Oakenshaw, Nunsworth, Hipperholme and Cleckheaton. Each map is double paged covering a verso and recto printed in black ink on white paper. Public houses and off licences are coloured as per index. Clean and unmarked throughout with light spotting to preliminaries. Measures 72cm x 54cm. One corner of the binding is bent or possible detached, reinforced by paper overlay.
