NEW THEATRE BUXTON PLAYBILL for A Cure for the Heartache

A rare surviving playbill in very good condition from the New Theatre Buxton dated Tuesday June the 18th, 1833 promoting Morton’s celebrated Comedy of A Cure for the Heart Ache. Including a comic song by Mr Weston, dancing by Miss Smith and the interesting Melo Drama called Clari, The Maid of Milan. In very pleasing condition. Crisp, fresh and clean. Mounted in each corner using a very small amount of paste to a backing card. Small crease to tail which does not compromise the text. Measures 25cm x 17cm.
