Unrecorded broadside ballad c 1850 not found elsewhere in this form. The Child's Dream is a dialogue between two children, in which they discuss how much better it would be to be in heaven than on earth. At the end it is revealed that the next winter the two children and their mother are taken to be with their father in heaven. 

Printed to one side of blue tinted paper. 8 verses fill the page which is illustrated to top edge and decoratively bordered. Number 115 printed to tail indicating it may be a leaf from a series of similar broadsides. Neither author nor printer recorded.
