1809 map and case in good condition. Attractive, hand coloured, very detailed and scarce map in its original slip case. Published as a loose sheet map segmented and pasted on folding linen in twenty sections measuring 54 cm x 68 cm. All panels sound and intact, a little age toned. Visually the print is clear and clean. Map is dedicated to Baron Harewood of Harewood and includes an engraving of the Harewood coat of arms. Original colours still vibrant.

Slip case in good condition, mottled green and brown paper on card showing bruising and wear to corners and all edges. Some fraying to tops of side panels. Publisher’s plate, age toned, browned to front inscribed with title and publisher’s details.
