Charity Commission printed appointment of governors (pp8) precedes the 68 printed pages of governor-signed pages by the likes of Herbert Philips, Edward Hardcastle, William Henry Palin, Chief Constable and continuing into the 20th century where the first women governors appear, including Mary Howard Coombes (1925) and Margaret Marian Kenyon (1927).
