A Restoration era play quarto from a collection compiled by the financier and book collector, Sir Isaac Lyon Goldsmid (1778-1859) and rebound by 'T Connolly' of Dublin. [4] pp1-52 and 55-62 [2]. The imprint has been torn off the title page but this copy appears to be ESTC Citation number R22736, printed for R Bentley and S Magnes, 1684, lacking leaf H3. Bound in half vellum over marbled boards with black Morocco label, last quarter of the 19th century, binder's ticket of 'T Connolly, 10 Up. Ormond Quay, Dublin'. In good condition, neat paper repairs to the title page and page 19, leaf I2 has been trimmed to the fore edge, there are some numbers in ink to page 35.
