Games and Pastimes - Colman’s Christmas Promotional Publication

Printed Christmas promotional booklet distributed by the Norwich based Colman’s Mustard company as a seasonal gift for children. Card covers are now loose from text block which is otherwise entirely sound; the lower staple has bled very slightly along the gutter lines throughout; beautiful colour illustrations, vibrant and unmarked, depicting children at play and Victorian children from various continents and cultures. 16pp.

A very lovely example of Colman’s pioneering mass market advertising techniques.
